Total Project Management System

TPMS is mainly for manage all the sections of a construction based Project. TPMS is rich of functionalities which include creating a Drawing Document, Progress Measurement, Turnover Management, Equipment Maintenance Services, and Material management, QA/QC Management, Forecasting, Change Management, HRM, Setup etc. from which we can manage not only the material or equipment but also the human resourcesand keep track each and every progress.

TPMS is mainly based on the ‘Actual’ states of the Project life cycle rather than the predefined schedules. Almost all the Sections in TPMS gives the provision for Export /Import Data in Excel Format , from which bulk amount of data can Export or Import at a given time .

Another attraction of TPMS is the ’Reporting’ functionality. Apart from the common Reporting part there are two more special types of Reporting, which are Spot Light Reports and Custom Reports. Custom Reports helps the privileged users to generate customized reports and from Spot Light Report, reports are exported in different format from a simple text file to pdf, rtf, form, xls etc.

There included a search criteria functionality in all grid view which helps the user to filter results. All list view pages in TPMS have a Layout saving criteria. A view is nothing but the preferences set by the user for each list view as to show or hide columns, grouping; filter criteria, sorting etc. Once this is saved users can select the view they wish to see and modify it.
